Cms Field Vocabulary
jfusco · Agent
cms-field-vocabulary is a catalogue of native CMS field types together with a generator of contracts for coding agents. Each documented claim carries a source identifier, and anything vendor documentation does not support is marked undocumented rather than inferred. Seven CMS products are covered through sixteen versioned profiles, which keep authoring labels, storage types, delivery types and SDK types apart. It suits teams whose coding agents need a vendor's own field names and value shapes.

Why it's useful
It keeps vendor field names, value shapes and schema surfaces separate, so an agent is not left to treat different kinds of field type as synonyms.
What you could do with it
- Resolve the contract for one field, such as an Optimizely SaaS content reference, and give only that to your coding agent.
- Sync the generated contracts into a repository so every adapter reads the same field vocabulary.
- Check the generated contracts in CI so any drift from the installed package is caught.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 1.2.6, the file with digest sha512-E8lHwrkQeYeGru8vugvhe6VVJnZIpvcXAOh3PPxzA2U/sO4a2eYeivwWNPv/GJEtSIzr1pEzutdJcwGlEm11Uw==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
How to install
Run it with:
npx -y cms-field-vocabulary@1.2.6Pinned to 1.2.6, which is the version the findings above were found in. Drop the version to take whatever is newest, and the report on this page stops describing what you installed.
