Il valore da citare è scelto per gerarchia di autorevolezza — la Camera di Commercio di Modena viene prima, ISMEA subentra se Modena non quota — non per media fra piazze diverse. Filtra per categoria, razza, piazza, e base peso (vivo o morto: non sono confrontabili fra loro). Con 'zona' aggiunge le rilevazioni dell'Osservatorio per quella regione, tenute separate dal prezzo ufficiale.
