Keeps one AI workflow in step across several repositories. Each repo carries an ai folder and Claude Code command files for a brief, description, plan, execute and review flow, optionally mirrored into an issue tracker. Cairn renders them from one set of presets, reports where existing copies disagree, and three-way merges later preset changes without silently overwriting your edits, marking conflicts. Its tracker client works with Jira Server and YouTrack, or with no tracker.

Why it's useful
Gives hand-copied AI workflow files across repos one source to be generated from, and a report when they disagree.
