Sphica
hir4ta924 · Agent
Sphica records your Claude Code and Codex sessions on your machine, in repositories you register, and traces them into records of what was decided and why. A record can be a decision with the options rejected, a constraint, an implementation, a finding, a dead end or an open question, and each quotes the exact words it came from. The relevant records are shown to your agent at session start and before it reads or edits a file they apply to. It suits people who want past work and its reasons to carry over between sessions.

Why it's useful
Reasons for past decisions survive after a session ends, so you and your agent can find what was chosen, what was rejected and why.
What you could do with it
- Ask your agent whether you asked something like this before, and see the earlier messages and the records that quote them.
- Keep a GitHub pull request, with its comments and reviews, and record what it decided.
- Ask for the live view to list every active decision and constraint by the directory it applies to.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured
What this does not cover
- Everything. Treat it as you would software from anywhere else.
Receipt history: every signed receipt for every version of this listing, and what changed between them.
In its maker's words
Records Claude Code and Codex sessions on your machine and keeps past implementation and decisions, with their sources, for your agent to find.

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.6.44, the file with digest sha512-bM1Q6GRGo32KWBpUxsXeMvSuDrcSqkV7WGG4ZPZPNEg7BPCkn2oDFHWEMaL6axcSaNjH1LZyc2uFfLdN6Nmi8w==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
Adding it
Run it with:
