Runwork
runwork-oytun · Agent
Runwork CLI is the local development interface to Runwork, an AI workspace where AI agents, custom apps and human teams work together. You sign in, create or clone an app, and the dev command starts a cloud preview sandbox and syncs your edits through git while you work in any editor or with an AI coding tool. Scaffolded projects include framework type definitions and instruction files for those tools. When an AI tool conversation ends, the CLI sends your workspace a summary of counts and names, never the content.

Why it's useful
You can build and ship apps for the Runwork platform from your own editor or AI coding tool, with a live preview kept in sync as you edit.
What you could do with it
- Create a new Runwork app, start the dev command and open the preview address it prints while you edit.
- Clone an existing Runwork app to your machine and work on it in an editor or with an AI coding tool.
- Deploy an app to production so it becomes an MCP server and a skill that your AI tools can call.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.34.0, the file with digest sha512-wmPtK1d2DqgFcjEbNucbytuC2ERUcYB9R78p2ghJi/9mH+pr1hhpJ9CV3LRykwd5h2CY0dO0hW5yv4FUnu6M/w==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
Adding it
Run it with:
npx -y runwork@0.34.0Pinned to 0.34.0, which is the version the findings above were found in. Drop the version to take whatever is newest, and the report on this page stops describing what you installed.

No build provenance published. The repository above is the one the publisher declared, and nothing links it to the package you would install. That is not a mark against this listing, since most packages are published this way, but it is a check nobody can run.
