Msoutlook MCP
shayanline · MCP server
Connects your AI assistant to Microsoft Outlook on the web. It can list, search, read, draft, send, reply to and forward mail, check free and busy times, find meeting times across attendees, see who is out of office, and look up contacts and the organisation directory. Instead of an app registration, it opens Chrome or Edge once for you to sign in to Outlook Web with a Microsoft account, then reuses that session through internal APIs that Microsoft does not document and may change. Draft tools let you review a message before anything is sent.

Why it's useful
Your assistant can work with your Outlook mail and calendar using the sign-in you already have, with no Azure app registration to set up.
What you could do with it
- Search your mail by keyword within a date range and read the full text of a message.
- Draft a reply, review and edit it, and only then send it.
- Find meeting times that suit several attendees and check who is out of office.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.5.0, the file with digest sha512-uxjVAlvCNFDjMlOs+JonWpEzRPjJumPwuvyC9lgMZUjKZPatHCdUIKMoCtE07tM79GR2MsWxhw488HiwoarlRQ==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
