MCP Server Hubspot
mindstone · MCP server
HubSpot MCP connects your AI assistant to HubSpot CRM. Your agent can search, read, create, update and delete contacts, companies, deals, tickets, tasks and notes, and link records with associations. It also reaches properties, owners, marketing lists and file uploads from one workspace folder, plus leads, knowledge base lookups and beta workflows, which need Pro or Enterprise Sales Hub, Service Hub and Marketing Hub respectively. It runs on your machine, labels new records and needs a host application that completes the HubSpot OAuth sign-in.

Why it's useful
CRM lookups, notes, tasks and workflow changes can be done by asking your agent, with the records it creates labelled so you can tell them apart.
What you could do with it
- Find a company by name, log a note about a call and schedule a follow-up task against it.
- List the HubSpot accounts you have connected and see which ones still need to sign in again.
- Look at a workflow's actions, triggers and branches, then enable or disable it.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.4.1, the file with digest sha512-ASd5opMwp1eEGR3U6+0MlmQxG/+pjS0WsPIhiQVzy9t45RPBZD3395uGRh3m/fO+19/c6JgP9Apxif2Ek89NCA==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
