Adds workflow skills and hooks to your coding agent that check for evidence before it calls work done.
Kontourai Flow
kontourai · Agent
Flow is a file-backed command line and TypeScript library for process transparency in agentic work. You define steps and gates with typed evidence expectations and attach test output, CI results and human attestations. A run advances only when the evidence satisfies a gate or a person accepts an exception, and failed evidence routes work back to the right step. Each run writes a human-readable and a machine-readable report, and a new agent session can resume from the recorded state.

Why it's useful
When an agent says work is done, you can check which evidence each gate expected and what was actually collected.
What you could do with it
- Define the steps of a feature as gates and attach test output as evidence before the work can move on.
- Let a new agent session or a CI job resume a run from recorded state rather than from chat memory.
- Open the local console to see a run's process graph, gate outcomes, evidence and route-backs.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 5.2.0, the file with digest sha512-tJ/XFrcKaLPnvv/2EIX9Db1cLEsnS4vbHMjULcVQHKMGz1cMNbvj/i1IXJVD4YWZ2I/0a6skN//NWUrlKX7F+w==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
Adding it
Run it with:
npx -y @kontourai/flow@5.2.0Pinned to 5.2.0, which is the version the findings above were found in. Drop the version to take whatever is newest, and the report on this page stops describing what you installed.

The badge, if this is your listing
It renders the current rung (static scanned) and links back here, where what that does and does not establish is one click away. It updates itself as the evidence deepens.
