Instantclips MCP
instantstudio-devops · MCP server
InstantClips MCP connects your AI assistant to the hosted InstantClips service, which builds short vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories from a product's own photos, price and details. The assistant imports a product, reviews and edits the written plan, then generates the video. It suits Shopify sellers, dropshippers, brands and agencies. This package is a small adapter for clients that cannot reach a remote server directly, and the service needs an InstantClips account.

Why it's useful
The video is built from what is actually on the product page, and you see the written plan before it is generated.
What you could do with it
- Paste a product page link and ask for a video ad, then read the plan before anything is generated.
- Import every product on a collection page and draft plans for all of them without generating anything yet.
- Ask for three videos of one product with three different hooks so you can test them.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured
What this does not cover
- Everything. Treat it as you would software from anywhere else.
Receipt history: every signed receipt for every version of this listing, and what changed between them.

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 1.7.2, the file with digest sha512-G+V93AETAxXyarDp/X+ivbdQaz8ZtSuBIcNXSHY9hdY543ZQHbQFtPT26rxKuj1aKRMjSyuK8FwSAOEwOUyixA==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Auth declared. Its hosted endpoint, as the official MCP registry lists it, asks for a key or a token before it will talk.
