Slopcamera
hraness · MCP server
SlopCamera is a multimedia studio for a coding agent. The agent writes a scene or an edit as source, such as diagram JSON, an HTML scene, 3D scene JSON or a Blender, CadQuery or Manim program, and SlopCamera renders it and keeps the inputs so shots can be changed later. It also traces raster images to SVG on macOS and Linux and edits your own footage into 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 exports. Local rendering needs no SlopCamera account; model-backed generation uses your own Vercel AI Gateway account, or prepaid credits for prompt-only hosted images.

Why it's useful
Visual work stays as source files your agent can keep revising, so changing a shot or delivering another format means editing the inputs.
What you could do with it
- Ask your agent to draw a pipeline diagram and render it as light and dark SVG and PNG after a strict check.
- Make a twelve-second illustrated animation, then ask your agent to enlarge the moon and keep the rest.
- Cut your own footage with captions and export 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 versions from one edit.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured
- Command execution is bounded
- inventory
- dynamic Function constructor (examples/style-portfolio/verify-animation-source.mjs:14)
- node child_process (apps/desktop/code/source-bundle.ts:2)
- node child_process (apps/desktop/code/worker-client.ts:4)
- node child_process (apps/desktop/code/worker-process-identity.ts:1)
- An inventory of where the code starts another program, not a verdict on this row: whether each one runs a fixed program or whatever it is handed takes a reading by hand.
Published because it was found. A finding is information about where the limits are, not a verdict that the software is unsafe.
What this does not cover
- Everything. Treat it as you would software from anywhere else.
Receipt history: every signed receipt for every version of this listing, and what changed between them.
In its maker's words
SlopCamera lets your coding agent make images, diagrams, animation, 3D scenes, and video from source files it can keep revising.

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 3.11.0, the file with digest sha512-2WktPxeZWyFx0CCTsTIzaXtvsm4KtlCJs6GX1SviXCyKsMA/plRPTCb2UD54LYTLh0nFn8pEk7P9XGGCPpM55w==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
