Hoodgrow MCP
hoodgrow · MCP server
Hoodgrow MCP connects your AI assistant to the HoodGrow API for stock tokens on Robinhood Chain, plus a pre-launch registry of Base mainnet B20 equity tokens, which may have no price or liquidity yet. Its tools return the token catalogue with prices and corporate-action adjusted supply, splits and dividends, Morpho markets and Uniswap V3 pools, holder analytics, price-impact estimates, OHLC candles, market movers and large trades. The catalogue tool is free; paid endpoints cost $0.05 a call in USDC on Base through x402, or can use a HoodGrow API key.

Why it's useful
Your agent can answer questions about stock token prices, liquidity, holders and corporate actions straight from the HoodGrow API.
What you could do with it
- List every tracked stock token with its price and 24 hour change, then ask about one by symbol.
- Ask how far a buy or sell of a given dollar size would move a token's price in each Uniswap V3 pool.
- Pull OHLC candles at hourly, four-hour or daily intervals to backtest a trading idea.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.9.1, the file with digest sha512-x6KXfPIaNf8Y1gqfmh9etsKz3+jxcFvxtFAsvKLo8DxGVmS5yQyr71wPEmj/YeJ4j5/KrOFONDMaYG1LPJ+rgg==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- No auth declared. Its hosted endpoint, as the official MCP registry lists it, does not say it asks for a key. That is what the listing declares, not a finding that it has no protection.
