Genesispay MCP
genesis-tech · MCP server
Genesispay MCP exposes GenesisPay payment tools to an AI agent. The agent asks for a purchase key, then pays a seller's URL up to a maximum amount in USDC, and can later check the payment's status or retrieve the stored result. When a seller's outcome is unknown the payment is reported as unresolved rather than failed, and the agent is told the buyer may already have been charged and must not buy again. Reusing a purchase key on a retry returns the original payment state. GenesisPay may add its own fee on top of that maximum for external sellers.

Why it's useful
Your agent can make a payment and later check its outcome, with purchase keys and an unresolved state so a retry is not mistaken for a new purchase.
What you could do with it
- Pay a seller's URL up to a set USDC limit and get back the stored result once it settles.
- Check a payment's status by its ID when the first call came back unresolved.
- Get a purchase key before each new purchase and reuse it on every retry of that purchase.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 1.8.0, the file with digest sha512-4neLcZlAhmYg8Uc1/w7qgP7+4x9e+86LsLNXfmZSVAou48syOEO9dRfv1637qvBnSDAiiKC5K/wOIvsfIxfDyQ==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- No auth declared. Its hosted endpoint, as the official MCP registry lists it, does not say it asks for a key. That is what the listing declares, not a finding that it has no protection.
