Disclosures
cotdp · MCP server
Disclosures is a corporate-disclosure research server for AI agents, and also a TypeScript library. It draws on 26 sources such as SEC EDGAR, GLEIF and Companies House across 21 jurisdiction routes, and answers questions about a company's directors, major holders and annual results, with each answer linked to its source document. Where a route is not supported it says so instead of returning empty results. US calls need a user agent naming your organisation and contact email, and some routes, including Companies House, need an API key.

Why it's useful
Your agent can answer questions about who runs and owns a company from filing and register sources, with each answer linked back to its document.
What you could do with it
- Ask your agent who a listed company's directors are and where each answer comes from.
- Have your agent trace a company's consolidating parents and children from its legal name or LEI.
- Pull a company's last three annual results as filed, with links back to the filings.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured
What this does not cover
- Everything. Treat it as you would software from anywhere else.
Receipt history: every signed receipt for every version of this listing, and what changed between them.
In its maker's words
Corporate-disclosure research across 26 official sources and 21 jurisdiction routes behind ten intent-based tools, as a TypeScript library and MCP server.

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.8.0, the file with digest sha512-74WOkrEBRO2Ql2ZjGEtUPrqDFPF0aFFVWXnEiNPOlXsfLH9IAJSZsdhac02gdHFJzADeZoSRbcnaRLbjeRmvMQ==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
