Cobro MCP
boonblade · MCP server
Cobro is a co-browse tool: you and your coding agent look at the same page in a Chrome window that the agent opens. You toggle pick mode with a keyboard shortcut, click one or more elements, type what you want changed and press Send, and the agent receives your note with each element's selector, styles, a screenshot and the console errors. While it edits the source, the page shows its status and outlines the elements it is working on, then highlights the result when it reports done. It suits anyone who would rather point at a page than describe it.

Why it's useful
You show the agent exactly which element you mean instead of describing the screen, and the context arrives in its chat.
What you could do with it
- Pick a button on your local app, ask for a colour and label change, and let the agent edit the source.
- Drag over several elements to pick them as one group and number your notes, so one request covers a region.
- Draft notes on several pages and send them together so the agent works through each page in order.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured
What this does not cover
- Everything. Treat it as you would software from anywhere else.
Receipt history: every signed receipt for every version of this listing, and what changed between them.
In its maker's words
Co-browse for coding agents: pick elements in the browser, write a note, Send — the context lands in the agent's chat. MCP server with 6 tools.

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.10.3, the file with digest sha512-YtcYv0kWNUIDIRhA3v6NHYOsg2Oh3p9VRBsDZ9teJSMu0LABDQSB8a8jdUZLj0RU3cIjY/E2VKvip75sYaQNwQ==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
