Mailoo
bitfloo · MCP server
Mailoo connects an AI assistant to your mailboxes over IMAP, SMTP and ManageSieve, with several accounts configured at once. It can read, search, send, reply, forward, draft and schedule email, manage labels and bulk actions, extract calendar events from messages and report email statistics. Scheduled sends need its background scheduler, installed on macOS or Linux, or they go out only while an AI client is connected. A real-time IMAP IDLE watcher can triage new mail with presets and rules. It is a fork of email-mcp.

Why it's useful
Your assistant can handle reading, writing, scheduling and filtering email across all your accounts from a single connection.
What you could do with it
- Ask your assistant to triage unread mail across all your accounts and suggest what to archive or delete.
- Have it summarise a long email thread and draft a reply.
- Schedule an email to go out later, or pull the calendar events out of your messages.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.2.0, the file with digest sha512-+2ufmQdV6zl7otsZXyP+MUHYGNEDj6eu5CmCjZYI70EtLw1ZKbVzERVKdSlW7AlVqr6iPGW8+S0yNetmgI0RSQ==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
