Prism Memory
arnilo · Agent
Prism Memory is an optional add-on for Prism agents. It provides working memory and semantic recall through one memory facade, plus retrieval, two context-compaction strategies and a wiki component with bundled skills. Stores can be in memory or PostgreSQL with pgvector, and you can bring your own vector store. The bundled embedder is for tests and demos, so real use needs your own embedder. Every write and query carries a tenant and resource identity, and records can have consent, corrections, deletion and retention applied.

Why it's useful
Prism agents get a memory layer with consent and deletion controls, so what they recall can be limited, corrected and removed.
What you could do with it
- Create a memory for an agent with a tenant and resource identity, then recall earlier context by meaning.
- Back the memory with PostgreSQL and pgvector instead of the in-memory store.
- Revoke consent on a record, re-embed a correction to it, or delete it outright.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 0.12.1, the file with digest sha512-wm9ZR8DT37Vovp2KBSfsGwhiWaDvgBjA5LbM85aoJbt9u/yr3FJB4ngA1vXS8g95+b8KklDCuajGE5tNPpaCmw==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
