Provides a Model Context Protocol server so AI assistants can work with Panda CSS.
Affine MCP Server
dawncr0w · MCP server
AFFiNE MCP Server gives an AI assistant access to AFFiNE workspaces, on AFFiNE Cloud or a self-hosted instance. Your agent can search, read, create, publish, move and tag documents, write content from Markdown, add and update database rows, manage comments, list version history and manage blob storage. It runs locally over stdio or as a remote HTTP endpoint. AFFiNE Cloud needs a signed-in browser session cookie; email and password work only for self-hosted instances. Folder helpers are experimental, and only server-backed workspaces are reachable.

Why it's useful
Your agent can read and update the documents and databases already in your AFFiNE workspace, whether on Cloud or self-hosted.
What you could do with it
- Ask your agent to turn a Markdown draft into a new AFFiNE document and file it in a folder.
- Have your agent find a document in your workspace and add or resolve comments on it.
- Add rows to a database in your workspace and update the ones already there.
Written from its documentation: what it says it can do, not what our checks found.
Maintenance
Not measuredNo release date is on record for this package yet. The nightly publisher check records one as it reaches each npm package, about once every ten nights.
Release activity only: it says nothing about quality or safety, and a finished small package can be fine without releases. How it is measured

Static scanned
- What it establishes
- Its published package, or for a hosted server its source repository at a recorded commit, was read file by file, without running it, by every check in our current scan.
- What it does not
- How it behaves when it runs, or anything the scan does not read yet: several rubric checks, the repository's history, and compiled code in folders named dist or build. For a hosted server, that the endpoint runs the code that was read. The ooruby Index sets out exactly what was read.
- Exactly what was read
- Version 3.9.0, the file with digest sha512-PuJwcf3OP1QQwn7yIRoTLmLirEcKcJ2JqZO3KaWAsh8Ryd2SPPdJgHgv3hG4l6ddjbEgHUeada55KgqzkqK4ww==, as the registry publishes it. A published version cannot be replaced, so this names the same bytes for anyone who checks.
- Authentication
- Runs locally. No hosted endpoint is listed for this package. You run it on your own machine, so there is no endpoint of ours to authenticate against.
